SLOW TOUR TUSCANY TOURING TOSCANA SRL is operating under the insurance cover policy number 7118325 SARA ASSICURAZIONI according to the Italian law D.L.111/95. SLOW TOUR TUSCANY TOURING TOSCANA Srl is not responsible for personal injury, death or damage to people or personal belongings. SLOW TOUR TUSCANY TOURING TOSCANA SRL is not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, inconvenience caused by events which are beyond its control. In case of operational difficulties or other reasons beyond its control (strikes, museums closure or other external problems), SLOW TOUR TUSCANY TOURING TOSCANA Srl might be obliged to change the program, offering an alternative itinerary or visit. All the tour packages and activities provided by SLOW TOUR TUSCANY TOURING TOSCANA Srl agrees to the following terms and conditions: CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY • Cancellation must be notified in writing to info@slowtourtuscany.it within 48 hours prior the booked tour in order to receive a full refund. • In case of cancellation notified to info@slowtourtuscany.it from 48 hours prior to the tour departure SLOW TOUR TUSCANY TOURING TOSCANA SRL will give to the customer the following options: -Voucher for the tour or activity that can be used by a third party -Voucher for the tour or activity that can be used in a different date (to be agreed with SLOW TOUR TUSCANY) -Refund of the 70% of total amount • If you have not cancelled your reservation and are not present at the agreed time of your tour you are not entitled to a refund. • If you fail to show for your tour due to critical circumstances beyond your control we reserve the right to decide whether your booking may be transferred to another tour. This concession will be offered only when other tours of equal or lesser classification(s) are available; if you wish you can pay a supplement for a tour of greater classification(s). • If your tour needs to be altered or cancelled by SLOW TOUR TUSCANY TOURING TOSCANA SRL due to circumstances beyond our control (strikes, museums closure, demonstrations) we will provide another tour for you of equal or greater value and classification. (*) • We reserve the right to cancel or amend any of our tours at any time due to critical circumstances beyond our control. In this case you will receive a full refund or be offered the opportunity to transfer to another tour of equal or greater value and classification. We reserve the right to offer you an alternative tour of equal or greater value. • All SLOW TOUR TUSCANY TOURING TOSCANA SRL tours will continue despite bad weather conditions. However, we reserve the right to cancel a tour in the event of extreme weather or other extreme conditions. In this case, our Tour Operator will offer you another tour of equal or greater value and type, or partial refund. LEGAL JURISDICTION SLOW TOUR TUSCANY TOURING TOSCANA SRL will endeavor to resolve all issues based on this cancellation; in the event that an issue cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of both parties, the legal jurisdiction will be Italy. PRIVACY SLOW TOUR TUSCANY TOURING TOSCANA SRL follows the Italian privacy laws (D.L.196/2003) all the information about yourself can be used by SLOW TOUR TUSCANY TOURING TOSCANA SRL to contact you further but cannot be never shared with third parties according to the above laws.
