THE DAVID & MICHELANGELO PRIVATE GUIDED TOUR WITH SKIP THE LINE TICKET

Find out all about the David — an icon of male beauty and a symbol of Florence and the Renaissance — during our 1 hour Accademia tour, and skip the line thanks to priority and a booked access.

Our tour will start from our shop on Lungarno Acciaiuoli 32/r with a nice stroll with your private guide, to the Accademia Gallery.   You will visit  the section of the gallery dedicated to the Medici family’s impressive collection of musical instruments. You will see the most expensive Stradivari in the world, the oldest piano and other unique instruments! Accompanied by your expert guide, you will access the "Tribuna di De Fabris" where the four Prisoners and Michelangelo's San Matteo will lead us to the imposing David.

Are you ready to discover all the anecdotes related to the block of Carrara marble that Michelangelo sculpted into this biblical hero?
We will make sure you learn all about the history and the secrets that lie behind each one of Michelangelo’s 6 sculptures
Your entrance ticket to the Accademia Gallery will be valid all day. Take a moment to continue marveling at Michelangelo’s art at the end of your tour, but don’t miss the chance to also see the Accademia’s remaining masterpieces such as Lorenzo Bartolini’s plaster casts displayed in the Gipsoteca, the large collection of gold-plated altarpieces on the gallery’s upper floor, and other Renaissance paintings dating back to the 15th and 16th centuries.
